Pick your Subjects from the reference picker
The picker behind + now shows your Subjects above your pictures, so one press puts Maya in the prompt, and every way to add a new picture sits under Add.

Until today, the only way to put one of your Subjects into a prompt was to type @ and remember her name. The picker that opens from + in /create showed your pictures and nothing else, so Maya was one room away from the place you went looking for her.
Your Subjects, above your pictures
Open + on an image or a clip and your Subjects now sit in a row of faces above the pictures. Press Maya and she joins the prompt as @Maya, exactly as if you had typed it: Kuro picks her best views for the model you chose. Press her again to take her out. You can tag up to four at once; past that the other faces grey out until you remove one.
The last face in the row is New. It opens the same Subject editor as the Subjects room, beside your prompt, and the Subject you create comes back already picked. The row only appears once you have a Subject, so a new account sees the picker as before.
Every way to add a picture, under Add
Upload, Tab, Paste and Phone used to be four dashed cards at the start of the picture grid, and they looked like four empty slots. They now live in one Add menu beside search, each spelled out: Upload from device, Capture a browser tab, Paste a screenshot and Send from your phone. The grid starts with your pictures.
Dropping a file onto the picker or pasting with Ctrl+V or ⌘V still works without opening the menu. Where Upload is the only way in, on a phone or in a video lane, Add opens your files straight away.
